With a terroir of exceptional wealth, a rich century-old expertise and traditional methods, the House Desruets have strived since the nineteenth century to produce the best champagnes.
Our Cuvée Brut Rosé is a classic blending between Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay mixed with 5% of red wine; a minimum aging of 30 months in cellars and a dosage at 10 g/L. Abandoned for a long time, the Rosé returns little by little to the center stage of sparkling.
The colour is characterised by a nice pinky hue, salmon-coloured shades with a fine bead.
On the nose
This champagne has a fruit-forward nose of raspberries and strawberries.
On the palate
Fresh and zingy, with lots of red fruit in the mid palate and a rich fruity finish.
This wine goes perfectly together with white meat and poultry as a duck with fresh figs, red fruit bavarois or cherry pie.
To serve at 8-9°C.
